NWAHosting was launched in Aug. 2005.The objective is to deliver quality service, at an affordable price, something which most competitors lack.

NWAHosting has is on solid financial footing. We are debt-free and all quarters since March 2006 have been cashflow positive. All staff members are based in the United States taking advantage of numerous universities and IT colleges to hire from.

We use several mindsets and mechanisms on leveraging new technologies in a proven, cost-effective fashion, giving us the insight to construct targeted solutions for each customer situation. We have earned an elite roster of customers based on our strategic approach to the solutions and disciplined project management. We have established lasting relationship with our customers through implementing better business strategies and solutions.

Communication We believe in keeping customers informed about any changes that may impact them. Software updates, server reboots and similar are all communicated to customers with as much notice as possible. We also listen to any comments or suggestions you may have.

The Data Center

NWAHosting's Data Center, located in the Building of the Americas, in Philadelphia, PA, USA, has a unique history that has positioned it as one of the most secure and structurally stable data centers in the world. Constructed in the early 1900’s by the Department of Defense, the Building of the Americas was specifically designed to withstand the rigors associated with the production of tanks assembled during World War I and II.
Every major carrier has a Point of Presence within this building. The ability to connect to every major carrier gives NWAHosting Servers tremendous growth potential, as well as placing NWAHosting Servers in one of the premier carrier neutral data centers in the world.

The Building is fed by two separate power grids. In addition, NWAHosting Servers possesses two diesel generators capable of providing power indefinitely in the event of a power outage. All equipment is connected through a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply). NWAHosting Servers data center has N+1 redundancy and is SAS 70 certified. We can also provide DC power to customers who require this unique service.

NWAHosting Servers utilizes a completely redundant network infrastructure consisting of Dual Juniper M Series routers, Multiple Cisco Switches for the core network, as well as Cisco "edge" switches.

Our entire network is run via Gigabit Fiber connectivity. This allows NWAHosting Servers to move massive amounts of bandwidth, even for the most demanding, bandwidth-intensive needs of our customers.
